Chicago Mustangs Partner with Nike and European Sports

Hoffman Estates, IL - The Chicago Mustangs reported today that they have reached an exclusive deal with Nike to be their official team and fan gear provider. Also, European Sports in Schaumburg, Illinois will be the official supplier of the team's gear and will also offer online ordering of exclusive Nike Mustangs fan gear. The terms of the multi-year deal will not be disclosed.
Nike, which sponsors several top-tier professional soccer teams as well as the United States Men's National Soccer Team, will supply all of the teams gear for the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons. "We are proud to have Nike on board as one of the team's official partners," said Nasser Rafidia, General Manager of the Chicago Mustangs. He continued, "The Mustangs players and staff are excited to wear Nike gear on and off the field, and to represent the brand the only way we know how - WIN!"
The team will also be working exclusively with European Sports in Schaumburg, Illinois as the official provider of all their Nike gear. Bruce Janek, a representative for European Sports, expressed his excitement to work with the Chicago Mustangs saying, "I have had the honor of working with several local clubs and organizations over the years, and our company is excited to take the venture into professional soccer." When asked about what the future holds for the Mustangs, Nike and European Sports, Janek replied, "Expect nothing but the best."
As the team rapidly approaches their first game on November 10, 2012 at the Grand Sports Arena in Hoffman Estates against their division rivals the Illinois Piasa, there is little time to reflect on these huge accomplishments. According to Rafidia the best is yet to come. "Rest assured that we are working on things that will have soccer fans in Chicago talking for years to come".
