
Charleston Battery to Host Amputee Soccer Clinic

Charleston, SC. The Charleston Battery will team up with members of the U.S. National Amputee Soccer Team to host a pre-match clinic on Saturday, July 14 at Blackbaud Stadium presented by Floyd Brace. Amputees of all ages and skill levels are welcome to join the fun; there is no charge for the clinic and all participants will receive a complimentary ticket to the Battery's match versus the Wilmington Hammerheads following the clinic.
Forearm crutches will be provided by Floyd Brace; the two hour clinic will begin at 4 PM on the main stadium field at Blackbaud Stadium. Non-amputees are welcome to attend and participate in this special event.
In addition to the pre-match clinic members of the U.S. National Amputee Soccer team will play an exhibition match at half time of the Battery vs Hammerheads game.
