Cesky again player of week

For the second time this season, Tulsa Oilers right winger Jaroslav Cesky has been selected the Central Hockey League's Oakley Player of the Week, for the week ending January 22nd.

Cesky was a model of consistency in the Oilers three games this past weekend, garnering eight points. He had a goal and two assists in a 5-4 loss at Memphis. He assisted on both goals in a 5-2 loss at Oklahoma City and then had another goal and two assists as the Oilers won a rematch against Oklahoma City, 6-2.

Cesky was also the CHL's Oakley Player of the Week for the week of December 18. He leads the Oilers in scoring with 19 goals and 24 assists for 43 points.

The Oilers host the Memphis RiverKings Friday at 7:35 p.m. and the Youngstown SteelHounds Saturday at 7:35 p.m. It's Turn Back the Clock weekend, with special discounts on group ticket prices, discounted concessions on Saturday night, and a special jersey auction following Saturday's game.
