2022 USL League One expansion club Central Valley Fuego FC announced on Friday a new partnership with Capelli Sport. With a multi-year agreement in place, Capelli Sport will become the Official and Exclusive Uniform, Apparel and Equipment Supplier for Fuego FC beginning in 2021 and supporting their USL League One launch in 2022 and beyond.

Based in Fresno, Calif., the club will be focused on capturing the region's diverse community, while also planning to construct a soccer-specific facility to support the players on and off the field.

"We are very happy to partner with like-minded executives at Fuego FC. With an ambitious plan to build on the USL League Two success the region has seen previously, we look forward to supporting the organization, its staff members and players as they step in to USL League One in 2022," Capelli Sport President and CEO George Altirs said.

"Fuego FC and the Central Valley community are extremely excited to enter into a partnership with Capelli Sport. We believe we have found a partner who shares our interest in growing together on and off the pitch. Our community welcomes Capelli Sport with open arms and is excited for a long-term relationship that will help our local players reach new heights!" said Chris Wilson, President of Fuego FC.

‚¬â€¹Capelli Sport was founded in 2011 by President and CEO George Altirs, with the mission to provide quality, functionality and design for high-level performance on the field. Altirs' more than 30 years in the apparel, fashion and accessory business with parent company, GMA Accessories, led to the creation of Capelli Sport. The brand's innovative, world-class training gear, equipment and uniforms have yielded many global recreational, youth, club, collegiate, semi-professional and professional sports partnerships.
