Tonight's Matchup: The San Francisco Bulls (23-34-1-6) return home to begin a two-game set against the Utah Grizzlies (25-29-4-7), tonight, at the Cow Palace. This is the sixth of seven meetings between these teams, with the Bulls trailing in the season series 1-4-0-0. San Francisco is coming off of two impressive wins that saw them out-score their opponents 11-3. They will look to carry that momentum into this series against Utah.

On Wednesday, the Bulls turned in one of their most dominant outings of the season, routing the Stockton Thunder, 7-2. Stockton scored first, six minutes into the game, before the Bulls charged back with six consecutive goals. At the end of two periods the Bulls led 6-2. With four minutes remaining in the third, the Bulls notched their seventh goal, the most they've scored in a game this season. Kory Falite, Nick Walsh, Peter Sivak (2), Tommy Grant, Bryan Cameron and Tristan King all chipped in goals with in the effort. Christian Ouellet (2), Jordan Morrison, Sivak, Grant (2), Mikael Tam, Falite, T. King, Mark Isherwood, Rob Kwiet, and Dylan King all registered assists. Goalie Taylor Nelson also turned in a strong performance, stopping 38 of 40 shots.

Grant was outstanding in his debut with the Bulls, contributing three points (1g, 2a). Walsh also scored his first goal in a San Francisco uniform, and now has four points (1g, 3a) in four games since being acquired from Gwinnet. With his two goals, Sivak became the fifth player in the ECHL to reach the 30-goal plateau. He now leads the team in goals (31) and points (54).

Tonight, Bulls fans will get to see several familiar faces in the Grizzlies lineup. Jordan Clendenning, Sebastian Trudeau, Alex Tuckerman, Jonathan Lessard, Martin Lee, and Cody Carlson all make their first appearances back at the Cow Palace after spending time with San Francisco earlier this season.

The Utah Grizzlies have clinched a playoff spot and are in seventh place in the Western Conference with 61 points, six behind the Las Vegas Wranglers. The San Francisco Bulls sit in eighth place in the Western Conference with 53 points, eight points behind the Grizzlies and six points ahead of the Bakersfield Condors. The Bulls magic number to clinch a playoff spot is seven.

Tomorrow, San Francisco is back in action against these same Utah Grizzlies at 2:15. The Bulls will also be hosting Star Wars Day, and Always Dream Foundation Day! Come to the game dressed in your best Star Wars costume for a costume contest. For every costume worn $5 will be donated to the Always Dream Foundation. In addition, a portion of the proceeds from the game's events will also be donated to the Always a Dream Foundation.
