
ECHL Announces Fines, Suspension

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Saturday announced the following fines and suspension.
Fort Wayne's Kishel fined, suspended
Fort Wayne's Scott Kishel has been suspended pending a review and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #740, Fort Wayne at Kalamazoo, on March 15.
Kishel was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct for boarding under Rule #41.5 at 2:34 of the third period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Kishel will miss Fort Wayne's games vs. Greenville (March 16) and vs. Evansville (March 17) and any further discipline will be announced next week.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
Las Vegas' Mougenel fined
Las Vegas head coach Ryan Mougenel has been fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #744, Las Vegas at Colorado, on March 15.
Mougenel was assessed a game misconduct under Rule #39.5 at 20:00 of the third period. He is fined under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
