Cavs Assign Joe Harris to Canton Charge

The Cleveland Cavaliers today reassigned Joe Harris to the Canton Charge, the team's NBA Development League affiliate.
The assignment is the 176th of the 2014-15 campaign and Harris is one of 55 NBA players to have been assigned to the NBA D-League this season.
