
Cavalry Catch Razorsharks in Overtime

Jermaine Blackburn's steal from Rochester's Todd McCoy in the closing seconds and a corner jump shot from Eddie Smith with eight second left, helped propel Lawton-Fort-Sill to an overtime victory over the home standing RazorSharks 102-98.
After Smith hit his clutch shot to force the extra period, Shaun Fountain converted two three point plays to gain LFS the come from behind victory.
The contest was close throughout with neither team leading by more than seven points. The Cavalry led 29-22 after a quarter, 48-47 at the half and by 68-67 through three quarters.
Sammy Monroe moved the RazorSharks into a fourth quarter 84-80 lead. LFS scored the last four points to force overtime in an 84-84 tie. The Cavalry then won the overtime 18-14 to win their fifth straight game.
Lawton Fort-Sill (11-1) returns home after sweeping a three game road trip. They face Dayton Thursday.
Rochester falls to 4-7 and hosts Dayton on Saturday. The Cavalry and RazorSharks play again on March 6 in Rochester.
