(Edmonton, AB) - The Cracker-Cats, Edmonton's entry in the professional Northern Baseball League, announce the appointment of Dale Roy as Director of Sales and Advertising. Roy, a resident of St. Albert, has been with the Cracker-Cats since their founding this year.
With a background in broadcast sales and special event marketing, Roy heads an expanded sales organization targeting corporate and group sales.
"Our goal is to make each member of the business community aware of the niche professional baseball and the Cracker-Cats occupy in the city's summer entertainment program. Win or lose, its fun to be at the park," said Roy from his TELUS Field office.
Every Monday is Burger King Whopper of a Win Night, where every fan is awarded a free Whopper when the Cracker-Cats win. Every Tuesday two fans get in for the price of one.
