
Cats announce Spring Training Schedule

A game at Baylor Ballpark in Waco highlights the Cats' four-game exhibition schedule, announced today.
The Cats begin their Spring Training schedule on Monday, April 30 against Texas Wesleyan University at LaGrave Field. On Wednesday May 2, the Cats travel to Waco to take on the Coastal Bend Aviators at Baylor Ballpark. It will be the Cats' first game played in Waco.
The preseason schedule continues the next night, May 4 as the Cats take on the Shreveport Sports at historic Driller Park in Kilgore, Texas. It will be the second straight year the two teams have played an exhibition game in Kilgore.
The next night, the two teams do battle again, this time at LaGrave Field in Fort Worth. All exhibition games will begin at 7:05 p.m.
Players report for Spring Training on April 26 with the first workout scheduled for April 28. The Cats will begin their regular-season schedule on May 10 at LaGrave Field against Shreveport.
