Cary Beats Fayetteville in Shootout

Cary Invasion News Release
In a Monday night game in Fayetteville, the Invasion (8-0) came back from a 14-point deficit in the second half to win a shootout 122 - 117. The Crossover (2-4) controlled the game for 3 quarters with high-percentage shooting behind the arc and tough defense. But, the Invasion seemingly willed the win through a surge of offense and a few key defensive stops in the fourth quarter. Jarrick Jones had 28 points in the losing effort for the Crossover. The final regular season home game for the Invasion is Friday, June 10th at 7pm at the Young Center in downtown Cary.
