Madison Capitols News Release
MADISON, WI - The Madison Capitols, a member of the United States Hockey League, postponed the game against the Sioux City Musketeers at Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena on Wednesday, February 21 due to an issue with the ice, President Andrew Joudrey announced on Wednesday.
"There was an issue with the ice that arose near the end of the first period that made the surface unsuitable to continue to play the game," explained Joudrey. "We are working with the USHL office and the Musketeers to reschedule the game in the near future."
The Capitols travel to the Resch Center to take on the Green Bay Gamblers at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday, February 24. Madison returns to the Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena for USA Youth Hockey Weekend when they host the Youngstown Phantoms at 7:05 p.m. on Friday, March 2.
