It was all Quebec on Tuesday as the Capitales rolled past New Jersey by the score of 13-0.
There were nine hits collected by Quebec with eight batters picking-up at least one. Capitales 1B TJ White(pictured) led the way at the plate going 1-for-4 with a home run, two runs scored and two RBIs. Quebec DH Zach Wllson had a two-hit game with two runs and an RBI while LF Stayler Hernandez contributed a home run along with a pair of runs and two RBIs.
Capitales starting pitcher Scott Richmond and two relievers combined on a three-hit shutout. Richmond went the first seven innings allowing two hits and four walks while fanning eight batters. The bullpen duo of Reilly Hovis and Lachlan Fontaine tossed the final two frames and combined gave up a hit and struck out two batters. Richmond notched the win and is now 5-4 on the year.
