
Canucks Add Three More to Comets Roster

Utica Comets News Release
Vancouver Canucks President and General Manager Michael D. Gillis announced today that the Canucks have reduced their pre-season roster by three players.
The following players have been assigned to the Utica Comets of the AHL:
Zach Center
Hamill, 24, spent the 2012-13 season split between the Hershey Bears (11-11-22 and 34 PIM in 40 GP), San Antonio Rampage (5-13-18 and 20 PIM in 26 GP) and the Milwaukee Admirals (3-1-4 in six GP). In 328 career AHL games Hamill registered 183 points (63-120-183) and 214 penalty minutes, for the Providence Bruins, Bears, Rampage and Milwaukee Admirals.
The 5'11", 180-pound forward has appeared in 20 NHL games with the Boston Bruins, recording four assists. The Vancouver native was selected eighth overall in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft by the Boston Bruins.
Pascal Center
Pelletier, 30, appeared in 46 games with Langnau of Swiss League in 2012-13, collecting 35 points (19-16-35) and 76 penalty minutes. The 5'11", 190-pound forward has played in 13 career NHL games with the Chicago Blackhawks and Boston Bruins. The Labrador City, Newfoundland native has spent the majority of his professional career in the AHL with the Providence Bruins, Rockford IceHogs, Syracuse Crunch and Peoria Rivermen. In 357 career AHL games, Pelletier has collected 283 points (117-166-283) and 277 penalty minutes. In 2007-08, he was named to the AHL First All-Star Team.
Colin Left Wing
Stuart, 31, played for the Iserlohn Roosters of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga, in 2012-13, collecting 21 points (9-12-21) and 35 penalty minutes in 45 games played. Over the span of his American Hockey League career, the Rochester, Minnesota native has recorded 202 points (97-105-202) and 311 penalty minutes in 474 games with the Chicago Wolves, Abbotsford Heat and Rochester Americans.
The 6'2", 205-pound forward has recorded 13 points (8-5-13) in the National Hockey League, with the Atlanta Thrashers and Buffalo Sabres.
Stuart was originally selected by Atlanta 135th overall in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.
