Sabres Assign Players to Rochester; Trainor, Austin Return to Junior Clubs

Rochester Americans News Release
(Rochester, NY)... Buffalo Sabres general manager Darcy Regier today announced the team has assigned the following players to the Rochester Americans (AHL): Colin Jacobs, Connor Knapp, Alex Lepkowski, Nathan Lieuwen, Eric Locke, Matt MacKenzie, Andrey Makarov, Johnny McGuire, Jonathan Parker, Kevin Sundher, Shawn Szydlowski and Frederick Roy. Nick Crawford, pending waivers, will also be assigned to Rochester.
Additionally, Brady Austin and Peter Trainor have been returned to their junior clubs.
