Prince Albert Raiders News Release
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan - This Friday when the Prince Albert Raiders host the Moose Jaw Warriors at 7:30 PM at the Art Hauser Centre, up to 5 fans will attempt to win a 2009 Toyota Matrix from Frank Dunn Toyota. Greg Falk of PA was successful on his shoot out attempt at the Raiders game March 3, 2007 and drove away in a new Toyota!
Rawlco Radio and Cornerstone Insurance also are sponsors of the event that drew national attention to the Raiders organization last season as it was one of the largest promotional giveaways in Canada in 2007.
Falk will be on hand Friday night as will be Prince Albert's latest Millionaire, Darwin Head. After practicing his million dollar shoot out at a Raider game February 22nd, Head successfully completed his attempt on TSN February 27th to win $1,000,000!
Head will perform the ceremonial face off Friday in his first public appearance since returning from Vancouver and becoming an International celebrity!
Cabaret Following Friday's Game
Following Friday nights game, all fans are invited to the Ches Leach Lounge to be entertained by local band "Rewind" free of charge. The Raiders will honour the hard work and dedication of volunteers and billets at the event which is open to the general public.
Finger food snacks will be available as catered by The Loft at the event. "Rewind" features Raider Game Night Staff Barry Mihilewicz and Gary Johnson and play rock and roll music from the 1970's.
