DH Eddie Lantigua and 2B T.J. Shimizu combined for six hits and three RBI to lead Quebec past Worcester 9-7. 1B Mathieu Bergeron added two homeruns to the Capitales attack as well. Relief pitcher Mat DeMontigny allowed two runs over 3 1/3 innings of work to pick up the win, his first of the season. Closer Christian Mendoza struck out all three batters he faced in the ninth to tally his eighth save of the year. SS Austin Wasserman drove in three runs for Worcester in the losing effort.

Starting pitcher Isaac Pavlik allowed just one run on four hits over eight innings, while striking out nine to carry New Jersey past New Haven County 8-1. The win improved Pavlik's record to 5-1 on the season. C Jason Belcher went 2-for-3 with a homerun and two RBI to lead the Jackals at the plate. As a team, the Jackals offense exploded for 11 hits in the game. New Haven County DH Derrick Gibson drove in the lone Cutters run with a solo homerun in the first inning.

Starting pitcher Chris Tierney pitched seven scoreless innings to help Sussex rout Nashua 10-1. It was Tierney's first win of the season. Five different Skyhawks' batters had at least two hits in the game. 3B Elvis Corporan led the way with two hits, including his third homerun of the season, and three RBI in the game. Nashua 2B/LF Tom Creighton went 1-for-4 and drove in the lone Pride run to lead the team at the plate.

CF Brad Rosenblat's single in the ninth inning scored SS Mike Scanzano and gave Brockton a 5-4 victory over North Shore. RF Joe Hough led the Rox at the plate, going 2-for-4 with a homerun and two RBI. Relief pitcher Jon Koch retired the last two batters in the top of the ninth to pick up the win. 1B Vic Davilla and 2B Ryan Bethel combined for three hits and three RBI to lead North Shore in the losing effort. Davilla homered twice in the game, his fifth and sixth homeruns of the year.
