Pittsfield 4, New Jersey 2

The Pittsfield Colonials scored three runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to break a 1-1 tie and beat the New Jersey Jackals 4-2. Colonials RF Rafael Cabreja went a perfect 3-for-3 with a run scored while RF Jerod Edmondson and 2B Daniel Bomback each had two-hit games. Pittsfield DH Daniel Carte hit a two-run home run in the eighth inning to extend his hitting streak to 25 games. Colonials starting pitcher Kyle Zaleski won his fourth game of the season as he tossed eight solid innings allowing an earned run on four hits.

Sussex 7, Brockton 5 (10 innings)

Sussex 1B Kris Sanchez was 1-for-4 with a three-run home run to propel the Skyhawks to a 7-5 win in extra innings. RF Kade Keowen also homered, a solo shot, and was 2-for-4. The Sussex bullpen allowed just two hits while striking out three in four scoreless innings. Reliever Kevin Gunter faced just one hitter, but it was enough to earn the win, his third of the season. Fellow reliever Duaner Sanchez tossed a 1-2-3 10th inning to earn his 11th save.

Quebec 8, Worcester 1

Quebec starting pitcher Matthew Rusch tossed a gem to lead the Capitales to an easy win over Worcester. Rusch allowed three hits while striking out 10 in seven scoreless innings to earn the win and improve his mark to 5-0 on the season. The Quebec offense gave him plenty of support. DH Sebastien Boucher and 1B Jeremy Hunt each homered and combined to drive in three runs, while SS Ivan Naccarata led all hitters with a 3-for-5 effort.
