New Jersey 12, Newark 7
The New Jersey Jackals rallied from an early 5-0 deficit to beat the Newark Bears by the score of 12-7. New Jersey scored runs in every inning but the 2nd and 4th and hammered out 15 hits in the game. Jackals LF Francisco Caraballo led the way going 3-for-5 with a run scored and three RBI while five other players in the lineup had two hits apiece. New Jersey starting pitcher Kyle Greenwalt notched his third win of the season. Greenwalt went five innings allowing five earned runs on seven hits with five strikeouts. In the loss for Newark, 3B Tucker Nathans had three hits and drove in two runs.
