Brockton 7, Worcester 3
The Brockton Rox scored seven runs over the 6th, 7th and 8th innings to rally from a 2-0 deficit and defeat the Worcester Tornadoes 7-3. Rox INF Jorge Jimenez went 1-for-3 with a run scored and two RBIs while RF Keith Brachold scored two runs in a 1-for-4 day. Brockton starting pitcher Freddy Flores tossed 6 1/3 solid innings en route to the victory. Flores gave up two earned runs on six hits with seven strikeouts. Tornadoes 3B Mark Minicozzi went 3-for-5 with a home run and two RBIs in the loss.
