
Calgary Hitmen Upset Blades In Saskatoon

Saskatoon, SK - In a battle of the top two teams in the Western Hockey League the Calgary Hitmen beat the Blades 5-4 in Saskatoon Saturday night.
The win moves the Hitmen to within two points of the Blades for number one overall.
Brandon Kozun had a four points (2g 2a) while Joel Broda had three (2g 1a) to lead the Hitmen scoring attack.
Ian Schultz also scored for the Hitmen who built an early 5-1 third period lead then held off a Saskatoon rally.
Michael Stone had two assists for Calgary who picked up three of a possible four points on their two game Saskatchewan road trip.
The Hitmen, 20-8-1-0 overall, will now head to BC this week for games in Prince George Wednesday, Vancouver Friday and Chilliwack Sunday.
