New York City FC remains as one of just two MLS Eastern Conference opponents that FC Cincinnati have never beaten (D.C. United). Already this season, Cincinnati have earned the club's first MLS victory over Orlando City SC, Inter Miami CF, Minnesota United FC, Philadelphia Union, and Charlotte FC).
