MACON, GA: The Macon Mayhem faced the Birmingham Bulls on their home ice just 24 hours after being shut out 2-0 in Pelham.
The top two teams in the SPHL clashed again in a defensive battle throughout the night with the Macon Mayhem coming out on top this time around.
The win by Macon snaps an incredible, recording breaking 11-0-0 winning streak set by the Bulls from the season opener.
The Birmingham Bulls are tied for first place in the SPHL standings with Macon. Both holding onto 22 points on the season.
