
Bulls Host Brahmas on Saturday Night

THE TEAMS: Lone Star Brahmas @ Amarillo Bulls
WHEN: Tomorrow (Saturday) night at 7 pm.
WHERE: Budweiser Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center
PROMOTIONS: It's Amarillo Youth Hockey Night and the Bulls will wear special jerseys for the night. A live auction follows immediately after the game with proceeds to benefit Amarillo Youth Hockey. Fans can come and get pictures taken with the Characters of the movie Frozen.
TICKETS: Purchase tickets at the Bulls Office located at 301 South Polk from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday or by calling 806-242-1122. Tickets can also be picked up at the Civic Center Box Office and at United Supermarket locations as well as online at www.panhandletickets.com
BROADCAST: Can't make it to the game, tune in to CBS Sports Radio 1440, online at www.amarillobulls.com and on PPV with Fast Hockey beginning with the Wayland Baptist University Warm Up Show at 6:40 pm. The puck drop with Denis J. Puska follows at 7 pm.
THE SERIES: There is no other team that the Amarillo Bulls have played more this season than the Lone Star Brahmas. It's the 10th meeting of the season between the two clubs, but just the fourth time they will get together in the Texas Panhandle. Lone Star has won all preview nine meetings with seven of them decided by two goals or less. Johan Lundgren and Keenan Sabatini each have scored twice in the series for Amarillo. Lundgren has four points and Jake Houston has three points. Forward Peter Kessel has scored five goals for Lone Star, while Oskar Andren and Alex Beraradinelli have four goals apiece.
TEAMS ALREADY BUSY THIS WEEK: The Amarillo Bulls and the Lone Star Brahma have already been playing this week. The Bulls dropped two games in Topeka against the RoadRunners 4-1 and 5-2. Johan Lundgren scored in Wednesday's contest, while George Mika and Liam Ferguson tallied in the second game. Lone Star travelled to Wichita Falls on Wednesday night and dropped a 4-1 decision. Cameron Clarke had the lone goal for the Brahmas while Connor O'Brien took the loss in goal. The Brahmas have been outscored by Wichita Falls 8-1 in the last two meetings since they split overtime games in the month of October.
