Green Bay, Wis.- The Green Bay Bullfrogs fell to the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 3-1 on Monday night at Joannes Stadium.

Luke Crabb took the loss in his season debut for the Bullfrogs. He allowed one earned run, five hits and struck out five in 4 2/3 innings.

James Davitt picked up the win in relief for Wisconsin Rapids. He took over for starter Zack Domingues to start the third inning and finished the game. Davitt threw seven shutout innings, allowed three hits and struck out nine.

Green Bay got on the board first in the bottom of the second inning. Jack Strunc reached singled, followed by a walk for Ryan Donovan. Franco Guardascione singled up the middle to give the Bullfrogs a 1-0 lead.

Wisconsin Rapids loaded the bases in the bottom of the third, but Crabb struck out cleanup hitter Ryan Cleveland to end the inning. The Rafters tied the game with a RBI groundout from Mitchell McGeein and took the lead on Jake Sandlin's single.

Wisconsin Rapids tacked on another run in the sixth when Kyle Devin singled and scored three batters later.

Green Bay is on the road tomorrow against Wisconsin Rapids. Game time is set for 6:35 p.m. at Witter Field. Following a two-game road series against the Madison Mallards, the Bullfrogs return to Green Bay for a four-game road trip beginning on June 5.
