
Bullfrogs Announce WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley for Opening Night

Green Bay, Wis. - The Green Bay Bullfrogs have announced a celebrity appearance by World Wrestling Entertainment Hall of Famer Mick Foley for the team's home opener. The team takes the field for the first time on May 27th with Cellcom presenting a Bullfrogs magnet schedule giveaway and the opportunity for fans to meet Foley.
Foley has been known to wrestling fans as several different characters over his career. Besides wrestling under the name of Mick Foley, he has also wrestled as Dude Love, Cactus Jack, and Mankind. During his career, Foley was a four-time world champion on top of several other career accomplishments.
The Bloomington, Indiana, native wrestled in high school, but began wrestling for entertainment in 1983. He spent his early career on independent and smaller wrestling circuits. In 1991, Foley debuted in the WCW circuit, followed by moving into the ECW circuit in 1994. In 1996, he signed with the WWE. Foley has since retired from wrestling and was inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013.
The Bullfrogs take on the Battle Creek Bombers on Tuesday, May 27th at 7:05pm for the 2014 season opener. Group tickets, season tickets and single tickets are on sale NOW!
