
Buffalo Places Rich Kilgour On Physically Unable To Perform List

BUFFALO, NY (January 3, 2009) --- Buffalo Bandits Director of Lacrosse Operations Scott Loffer announced today that Bandits captain Rich Kilgour has been placed on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list. In addition, the Bandits have activated forward Delby Powless from the PUP list. Powless is expected to play tonight in Buffalo's season opener vs. Philadelphia at HSBC Arena. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
Kilgour is entering his 18th season with the Bandits and currently ranks second in franchise history in games played (194) and assists (220), third in points (305) and sixth in goals (94). Kilgour has been a member of all four Buffalo championship teams.
Powless was tied for third on the team in scoring last season with a career high 55 points (18+37). He also set a new career high with 37 assists. This will be his fifth season with the Bandits.
There are currently 1,400 tickets available for tonight's game. All of the remaining tickets in the 300 level are priced at only $10 as part of the Bandit's celebration of the 2008 NLL Championship banner unveiling.
