The Bucks will again dress 18 players tonight, with a couple of line-up changes. Sixth-year Buck Steve Weidlich, fifth-year Buck James Hiebert, and rookie Kyle Knechtel will suit up for Laredo. Weidlich and Hiebert join Igor Agarunov, Serge Dube, and Chris Korchinski as the returing Bucks in tonight's line-up. There is one question mark for tonight's roster however, forward Rane Carnegie may not play, if that's the case then fifth year Bucks Steve Simoes will suit up instead.
The Bucks will play eight rookies again tonight, with defenseman Tyler Harder joining forwards Brent MacSween, Matt Summers, Alex Penner, Shawn Doucet, Corey Courchene, and Andrew Dejardins, as well as goaltender Kyle Knechtel. Bucks rookies tallied seven of the nine points for Laredo in last nights 3-1 win over Corpus Christi. Penner had two goals, with MacSween tallying another. Summers and Dejardins picked up assists for the Bucks last night.
Goaltender Ryan Senft gets the nod again in net tonight joining Knechtel. Last night Senft stopped all 11 shots he faced in nearly 30 minutes of action in picking up the win.
The Bucks will finish off their pre-season schedule Friday in College Station against the Ice Bats.
*Bucks Notes*
*Forward Jeff Genovy is out for the rest of the pre-season.
*The Bucks have not released any players from their training camp roster, and it still stands at 25.
