Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees News Release
Hidalgo, Texas --- The Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees of the Central Hockey League today announced that the team's official website, www.killerbeehockey.com, has launched "The Buzz Blog."
The Buzz Blog will feature the latest news, transactions, game notes, game recaps and more, written from the perspective of Killer Bees Broadcaster and Director of Media Relations Rich Bocchini.
"The goal here is to get the word out, create discussion, and present things in a new way as opposed to the standard 'press release' format," said Killer Bees General Manager Grant Buckborough. "Times have changed."
To access The Buzz Blog, visit www.killerbeehockey.com/blog.
The Killer Bees open their historic Fifth Anniversary Season on Friday, October 19, vs. the Corpus Christi Rayz at 7:30 p.m. The first 1000 adults who enter the Dodge Arena that night will receive a replica Killer Bees jersey courtesy San Juan Pharmacy, Fox Rio 2 and Q 94.5 The Rock Station.
