Bucks Game On TV Tonight, Local Bucks Shows Debut This Weekend

LAREDO, Texas â The 2004 CHL Champion Laredo Bucks will take on the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees tonight in a game that will be broadcast on Televisa. Viewers can watch the game on channel 57 which is broadcast over the air, not on cable. You can use the AV switch on your TV, or unplug your cable to view the game with your television antenna. Face off tonight is set for 7:35 p.m. For Bucks season or single game tickets call (956)-718-BUCKS (2825) or log onto www.laredobucks.com and purchase online.
Fans can watch the game on TV with the sound turned down and pick up the Bucks radio broadcast on 94.9 FM, The New Qure FM.
Two half hour television shows devoted to the Bucks will debut this weekend.
Arriba Bucks will air on Univision at 9:30 a.m. this Saturday. Arriba Bucks is conducted in Spanish.
8 on the Ice will air on Pro8news at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday. 8 on the Ice is conducted in English.
SATURDAY HALLOWEEN PARTY
Fans are encouraged to dress up in Halloween costumes when they come to the game on Saturday when the Bucks battle the San Angelo Saints. The Bucks will have a Halloween costume parade during the second period intermission. The first 3,000 fans thru the doors will receive a glow in the dark GOOLIE mask courtesy of Border Media and E-Coliseum. The Bucks will wear special Halloween jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game. The LEC will host a Haunted House during the game. This is a fun safe way for your kids to trick-or-treat. The Haunted House, sponsored by Guerra Communications, begins at 6:30 p.m. when the LEC doors open and takes place in Meeting Rooms 5-6. Admission to the Haunted House is $1 with all profits donated to charity.
