Home Opener/$10 Night In celebration of the Bruins 10th anniversary season, one game per month will be designated as a $10 night. Select items around the arena will be discounted to $10 including tickets, select merchandise, beer specials, and more. The first $10 Dollar Night of the regular season comes during the Bruins home opener on October 4th

Saturday, October 5th vs Aberdeen Wings

First Responder's Night All first responders (police, fire, EMS) will receive free admission to the game on Saturday with valid proof. During the game itself, we will be honoring our first responders as well as selecting them to compete in our intermission games.

TEAM NEWS: The Bruins dropped both of their first two exhibition games of the preseason this past weekend to the Aberdeen Wings. On Friday, Austin jumped out to a 2-0 lead but Aberdeen battled back to score three unanswered to win the game, 3-2.

On Saturday in South Dakota, it was the same final score with Aberdeen coming out on top, 3-2. Only difference in this game was that both teams finished regulation and overtime tied at two, and endured a 13-round shootout to find a winner.

PREVIEW:

The Bruins finish up their preseason schedule this weekend with a home-and-home series in Richfield, MN against the Minnesota Magicians. Austin plays host on Friday night before taking the ride up I-35 and playing outside of the Twin Cities on Saturday.

Following the exhibition series with the Magicians, the Bruins will officially begin the regular season with four games in four days at the NAHL Showcase in Blaine, MN. Austin opens up with a match-up against the Jamestown Rebels on Wednesday, September 18, followed by games against Janesville, New Mexico, and Kenai River.
