
Bruins Reassign Collins

Chilliwack Bruins News Release
The Chilliwack Bruins announced today that 16 year old forward Chris Collins has been reassigned to the Calgary Buffaloes of the Alberta Midget Hockey League. Collins, a fourth round pick by the Bruins in the 2007 WHL Bantam Draft spent last season with the Buffaloes, scoring 10 goals and adding 7 assists in 35 games.
The Bruins, who begin the 2008/09 regular season at home Saturday versus the Kamloops Blazers, now have 24 players on their active roster, 14 forwards, 8 defencemen and 2 goaltenders.
