CHILLIWACK, B.C. - The Chilliwack Bruins jumped back on the winning track, scoring a 4-2 victory over the Prince George Cougars. The Bruins never trailed in the game, leading 2-1 after one period, and 3-1 after two. Oscar Moller continued his torrid scoring pace, scoring two more goals to extend his streak to nine straight games scoring a goal. Moller's two goals give him 20 on the season. Colby Kulhanek and Mark Santorelli added singles for the Bruins, while Patrik Magnussen and Alex Poulter scored for the Cougars.
Matt Esposito picks up his 11th win of the season for the Bruins while Tommy Tartaglione drops to 4-5 on the season for the Cougars. The Bruin win snaps a three game losing streak for the Bruins and also snaps a three game win streak for the Cougs.
Next game for the Bruins will be this Friday versus the Red Deer Rebels. Game time is 7 pm.
