Prince Albert Raiders News Release

Prince Albert, SK - The Prince Albert Raiders are proud to officially introduce Curt Brownlee as the team's Director of Player Personnel.

"I want to express my gratitude towards Curtis Hunt for giving me the opportunity to work with this historical and esteemed organization," said Brownlee. "It is humbling and a true honour to accept this position.

"After seeing the enthusiasm and zeal in the community last season and throughout the playoffs, I have been motivated and inspired to bring quality players to Prince Albert that will have a great sense of pride to be part of this organization and community."

Brownlee joined the Raiders as a scout for the 2011-12 regular season, working previously under Dale Derkatch and Ron Gunville.

"As scouts, we are a team within a team. Ron Gunville and Dale Derkatch have accumulated an excellent group of scouts who are highly passionate, driven, and dedicated to bringing a consistently winning team to Prince Albert.

"Having spent six years working with 'Gunner,' I know the impact he had on the team and community. It is a high priority for me that his legacy lives on and I'll do my best to exemplify his standards in all aspects of life."

Season tickets for the 2019-20 season are now on sale at the Raider Office. The early bird deadline is Friday, June 28. Visit the Raider Office, raiderhockey.com, or call 306-764-5348 for more information.
