Broncos Playoff Situation

The Swift Current Broncos have clinched a WHL playoff spot and will play their first round home games in Regina at the Brandt Centre.

The Credit Union i-plex is unavailable to the Broncos due to the Ford World Women's Curling Championships being held in Swift Current.

"We would like to thank the Pats organization, the WHL and Evraz Place in Regina for helping us in this situation," comments head coach and general manager Mark Lamb, "we want to offer a venue that is as close to Swift Current as possible for our fans to attend the games."

With the playoff opponent still a question mark, the dates of the games will depend on the first round opponent. Below is a schedule the first 4 games should the Broncos face: Calgary, Brandon or Saskatoon. All times in MST.

Swift Current versus Brandon:

Friday, March 19 @ Brandon 6:30PM

Saturday, March 20 @ Brandon 6:30PM

Tuesday, March 23 @ Regina 7:00PM

Wednesday, March 24 @ Regina 7:00PM

Swift Current versus Calgary:

Thursday, March 18 @ Calgary 7:00PM

Saturday, March 20 @ Calgary 7:00PM

Monday, March 22 @ Regina 7:00PM

Tuesday, March 23 @ Regina 7:00PM

Swift Current versus Saskatoon:

Saturday, March 20 @ Saskatoon 7:05PM

The Broncos are securing a fan bus to the games in Regina, call the Broncos office at 773-1509 to book your spot on the bus. The cost of the fan bus is $40 which includes your ticket to the game, transportation to and from Regina and a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut.

Tickets for the games in Regina will be:

a.. Adults: $14.00

b.. Seniors: $11.00

c.. Student & Children (18 & under): $7.00

Season Ticket Holder Prices:

a.. $11.00 (with special promo code) available until 5pm day before the game. b.. Codes will be emailed to the Bronco season ticket holders or the Bronco office can be called to receive your code when the dates and games have been finalized. c.. Regina Pats' season ticket holders will also be receiving information regarding a discount on tickets to the games.

Dates to be finalized this weekend with tickets expected to be on sale Monday afternoon. To purchase tickets to the games in Regina, visit ticketmaster.ca, call 1-800-970-7328 (SEAT) or purchase at the Brandt Centre Box Office. The ticket prices do not include Ticketmaster and Evraz Place service charges.
