Brockton Rox News Release

BROCKTON, MA - The Brockton Rox have announced that tickets are now on-sale for the 2024 summer season. This will be the 22nd season of the franchise, and their 13th year of membership in the Futures League.

The Rox officially return to Campanelli Stadium after a successful offseason of recruiting. Managed by 2nd-year skipper Joe Logan, the Rox will enter the year with a 40-man roster. More importantly, the team is composed of countless local players, with over 75 percent of the roster residing in either the Massachusetts or south shore region.

"We're beyond excited to have both the Knockouts and the Brockton Rox here at the City of Champions. The Rox have been around for decades, and countless careers have begun at Campanelli Stadium. It's a privilege to help guide them through this summer and continue the historic legacy of this franchise," said Caitlin Kirrane, Brockton Rox Assistant General Manager.

"This team is also thrilled to be getting out into our backyard. The City of Brockton has given us so much over the last 22 years, and it's now time for us to step-up, continue the tradition, and be role models to the next generation of ball players," she added.

Brockton will share a venue with their sister franchise, the New England Knockouts, who play in the Frontier League. The two teams will host a combined 73 baseball games this summer. This also marks the first time Campanelli Stadium has hosted two ball clubs at the same time.

The Rox are set to make their Campanelli debut on May 29th, 2024 against the Worcester Bravehearts. Tickets for the game can be purchased at https://tickets.brocktonrox.com/ .
