
Brian Kilrea to Coach Final Regular Season Game Sunday

Toronto, ON - The Ontario Hockey League in association with the Ottawa 67's hockey club will be holding a press conference following the game between the Ottawa 67's and the Kingston Frontenacs on Sunday March 15, 2009. The game starts at 2:00 pm at the Ottawa Civic Centre.
The press conference will be held to honour the career of 67's head coach and Hockey Hall of Fame member Brian Kilrea and provide him the opportunity to address the media following his final regular season game behind the bench. The OHL and 67's are also please to announce that on Saturday March 14, 2009, there will be a formal presentation of the Brian Kilrea Teaching Room at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. The member teams of the OHL have all contributed to the dedication of this room which will be a lasting legacy in honour of the commitment Kilrea had to teaching young people throughout his lifetime. The Brian Kilrea Teaching Room, now under construction, will be a classroom where teachers at CHEO will help children and youth receiving long-term care keep up their studies. OHL Commissioner Dave Branch, Coach Kilrea and CHEO officials will be on-hand for the ceremony in CHEO's Main Lobby.
