
Breakers Win Third Straight

MAYWOOD, Ca--After defeating the Orange County Gladiators on Saturday night 122 - 113, the Long Beach Breakers went into the Maywod Activity Center Sunday night and defeated the Maywood Buzz 132 - 121. After being up by as many as 35 points, the Breakers coasted to an easy victory making it their third straight win. The Breakers were lead in scoring by Lamar Gayle's 31 points. Former LBCC player, Kenny Wright had another impressive game scoring 19 points and adding 10 assists. Dion Cook had 20 followed by Jaushay Rockett's 18 points and 11 rebounds.
The Breakers next game is at home this Sunday at the newly remodeled Long Beach City College Gymnasium on Carson. Game time is set for 530pm. Tickets are available through ticketmaster (213 480 3232), www.lbbreakers.com, or 562 277 2344.
