
Braves Homestand Highlights for June 4-11

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA - The Gwinnett Braves return to Coolray Field for an eight-game homestand from Tuesday, June 4 through Tuesday, June 11. The G-Braves will host the Rochester Red Wings, the Triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, from June 4-7 and the Columbus Clippers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians, from June 8-11. Numerous giveaways and promotions highlight the homestand.
The four-game series against Rochester kicks off on Tuesday with a 6:05 PM game. Be one of the first 500 fans through the gates and receive a Fifth Anniversary Season Poster Giveaway. Poster No. 4 in the series features outfielder Joey Terdoslavich, who will be available for a pre-game autograph session from 5:05 to 5:20 PM. It's also a "Team Tuesday," where all kids (ages 12 and under) wearing their Youth Athletics jerseys will receive a free ticket with the purchase of an Adult ticket (limit one ticket per adult).
The series continues with another 6:05 PM game on "Winning Wednesday." Follow along with the action during Baseball Bingo for your chance to win great prizes! Thursday's 6:05 PM game is another "$3 Thursday" featuring $3 food and drink specials and $3 Lawn Seats. The series concludes with a bang on Friday, as WAGA Fox 5 Atlanta sponsors Post-Game Fireworks following the 7:05 PM game.
The G-Braves will open up their series against the Columbus Clippers on Saturday night at 7:05 PM. The first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a Fifth Anniversary Logo Baseball Bank sponsored by Delta Community Credit Union. Join the fun on Sunday at 2:05 PM for "Family Day," featuring Pre-Game Catch on the Field from 1:00 to 1:15 PM and the Post-Game Kids Base Run (kids 12 and under) after the game.
Sunday will also include "Touch-a-Truck" as part of Public Safety Day. Fans of all ages will be able to get up close with their favorite Public Safety vehicles, including police cars, fire trucks and more! The G-Braves will also be honoring officer Rolando Jimenez, a Lanier High School Resource Officer that was struck by a car while directing traffic last February. Officer Jimenez will throw out the game's first pitch.
Monday night is "Kids Eat Free Night," where all kids (ages 12 and under) will receive a voucher for a free hot dog, bag of chips and small soda. The homestand concludes on Tuesday afternoon at 12:05 PM on "Day Care Day." Prepare for a fun day in the sun with squirt guns, inflatable attractions and much more as Coolray Field welcomes summer camps from the area.
