BRADENTON, FL- The Bradenton Juice today announced the hiring of two new staff members. Brett Myers has joined the Juice as Assistant General Manager and Amy Dox was brought on board as Director of Group Sales and Ticket Operations.

Myers, a native of Ottawa, Ohio, spent the previous two seasons with the Evansville Otters of the Frontier League and the Cincinnati Reds respectively, where is took on many different tasks. Myers earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management at Tiffin University, where he was a four year letter winner with the baseball team. Myers participated in the Mizuno All-Ohio All-star game.

Dox, who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, will be entering her fourth year in professional baseball. She was a member of the Minnesota Twins' Guest Services Staff in 2003. The South Saint Paul native has also worked with the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Saint Paul Saints of the American Association.

Myers and Dox join General Manager Andrew Aguilar, Director of Community Relations Billie Stiscak, and Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations Larry Blucher on the Juice staff. The Juice will add several interns to assist during the summer.

"This will be a very strong staff, at the ballpark and in the community," said Aguilar.

The Bradenton Juice are part of the South Coast League of Professional Baseball, an independent league of six professional baseball teams located in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. The South Coast League is preparing for its first season this summer with teams located in Aiken and Anderson, SC, Albany and Macon, GA, Port Charlotte and Bradenton, FL. The SCL will play a 90-game schedule between May and August 2007.
