Boston Breakers Re-Sign Katie Schoepfer for 2014-15 NWSL Season

HANOVER, Mass. (September 10, 2014) - The Boston Breakers announced today the club has re-signed midfielder Katie Schoepfer for the 2015 NWSL season.

In 2014, Schoepfer played 17 games, earning 12 starts totaling 989 minutes played with 26 shots, eight on net earning her four goals for the season.

Schoepfer started 14 of the 20 games for the Breakers in 2013, and tallied two goals and one assist in 1,080 minutes. In 2012, she finished second on the team in scoring with seven goals, six assists appeared and started in 14 games logging 1,057 minutes.

A second round pick (11th overall) in the 2010 WPS college draft, the Penn State graduate made her professional debut with Sky Blue FC. She appeared in five games and played 45 minutes."‹
