BOISE HAWKS BEGIN PLAYOFFS MONDAY
BOISE, ID - The Boise Hawks will begin the first round of the playoffs this Monday, September 5 with a home game against the Tri-City Dust Devils at 6:45 p.m. The divisional playoffs are a best of three series with a home game Monday and two games (if necessary) in Tri-City on Tuesday, September 6 and Wednesday, September 7.
Tickets are currently on sale at the box office, online, and by phone. There will be no promotions nor will fans be permitted to exchange vouchers throughout the playoffs. The link below can be used to purchase tickets online.

This is the first time the Hawks have made the playoffs since 2006. Boise will be starting three righties Jose Rosario, Joe Zeller, and Ben Wells in that order. Jose Rosario was also voted the BCB Minor League Pitcher of the Month. The Vancouver Canadians and Eugene Emeralds will be starting their West division series on Monday as well with a 1:05 p.m. PT start in Vancouver.

The Hawks began Northwest League play as an independent club from 1987-89. The team was affiliated with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim from 1990-2000 and has been with the Chicago Cubs since 2001. The club has won 6 NWL Championships, the most recent banner coming in 2004.
