
Boca Juniors Unveils Travel Roster For Saturday's Exhibition Against Timbers

PORTLAND, Ore. - Boca Juniors announced today their travel roster for the upcoming exhibition match against the Portland Timbers on Saturday at PGE Park at 7 p.m. The world-renowned club from Argentina plays against the Timbers as part of its 2010 U.S. tour.
Boca Juniors' 21-man roster is highlighted by former Argentina National Team defender Hugo Ibarra, current Argentina National Team midfielder Jesús Mendez and long-time Argentine league veteran MatÃas Giménez. The roster also features rising stars in defender Fabián Monzón, a member of Argentina's gold medal-winning squad at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and goalkeeper Javier Garcia, who became the club's starting goalkeeper during the recent Clausura season at the age of 23.
One of the most successful clubs in the world, Boca Juniors has won a total of 41 domestic and international championships. The club's 18 international trophies, including six Copa Libertadores titles and three FIFA Club World Cups, is a world record and one that is shared only with Italy's AC Milan.

The friendly will be televised live on FSN and broadcast on 95.5 The Game. A live Spanish-language broadcast will also be available on 910AM+1390AM ESPN Deportes.
