Bobcats Release First Round Schedule

BISMARCK, ND - The Bismarck Bobcats are pleased to announce their schedule for the Central Division Semifinals against the Albert Lea Thunder in the 2010 NAHL Robertson Cup Playoffs.
The puck drops on the opening round with Game One Friday, April 2nd, at the VFW Sports Center in Bismarck with a 7:15 PM contest. Game Two will follow the next night at 7:15- also at the VFW Sports Center.
The Bobcats went 5-0-1 against the Thunder in Bismarck, only dropping a 2-1 shootout decision to Albert Lea in front of the home crowd on October 31st, 2009.
Following a five-day break, the Division Semifinals will resume on Friday, April 9th, at Albert Lea Arena for Game Three. If necessary, Game Four will be Saturday, April 10th, in Albert Lea.
Road games against the Thunder proved a bit more of an enigma for the Bobcats, as they went 3-2-0 at Albert Lea Arena- suffering their most lopsided loss of the season in a 7-3 defeat on December 11th but also notching their largest margin of victory all year in a 7-0 shutout on Feburary 27th.
Should a decisive Game Five be required, it will be played back in Bismarck at the VFW Sports Center at a date to be determined.
Friday's Robertson Cup Playoff opener will be broadcast locally on the radio home of Bobcat Hockey, Super Talk 1270, KLXX-AM, and worldwide at BismarckBobcats.com via B2 Networks. The pre-game show starts at 6:45 PM.
