Bobcats and Minotauros Unveil Subway North Dakota Cup

BISMARCK, ND - The Bismarck Bobcats, in conjunction with the Minot Minotauros, are pleased to announce that 2016-17 is the inaugural season for the Subway North Dakota Cup.
A traveling trophy that will be present at each Minotauros and Bobcats game, the team that finishes the season with more standings points from 12 head-to-head matchups will claim the Subway North Dakota Cup for that season.
Now in its sixth year, the Bobcats-Minotauros has ascended to become one of the most intense rivalries in American junior hockey; adding a trophy to the bragging rights will bring up the heat even more.
Subway has multiple locations in both Minot and Bismarck. Both clubs are excited to have one of the premier brands in America as a sponsor of the rivalry and supporting both teams. The Subway ND Cup is a unique trophy for a unique sports rivalry, adding even more fun for the fans to watch the battle for North Dakota supremacy play out.
