
Bluefish defeat Riversharks, 3-2

Bridgeport, CT â June 6, 2004 â The Bridgeport Bluefish defeated the Camden Riversharks 3-2, in front of 3,307 fans at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard.
The Riversharks struck first as Dwight Maness scored for Camden after reaching on an error by Nick Ortiz and Troy Cameron singled to center field, to put Camden up 1-0 early.
Rolo Avila scored for the Bluefish in the bottom of the third after reaching base on a double to left. Nick Ortiz and Will Pennyfeather both scored off a Keith Lu'uloa single up the third base line that skipped off third base to put the Bluefish up 3-1.
Camden scored their second run of the afternoon off Bridgeport reliever Shane Arthurs. Bridgeport Starter Tim Cain pitched six innings for the Bluefish
