BlueCats Announce Bye Week, Future Fan Events

The Evansville BlueCats are pleased to announce exciting upcoming events for all Evansville BlueCats fans. The team is idle this weekend enjoying their second bye week of the season. The BlueCats would like to invite fans to participate in these fabulously fun future BlueCats events!
During the bye week on Saturday, June 11, the FinHeads Booster Club will hold a cookout for the team from Noon to 2pm at the BlueCats World Headquarters and Office Complex located at 815 John Street Suite 150 in Evansville. All FinHeads and BlueCat fans are welcome to come and meet the team and enjoy some good old pork chop sandwiches. The cost will be $3 for a sandwich and $5 for a sandwich and the fixings. Drinks will also be available for purchase. All proceeds will go to the Booster Club fund. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors and support our Evansville BlueCats.
There will also be a FinHead fundraiser at the West Side Hacienda restaurant on Pearl Drive on Tuesday, June 21st. Mark your calendar for a lunch or dinner date at the Hacienda. The Hacienda will donate 20% of the day's sales for coupons brought in bearing our FinHead name. Coupons are available on the FinHeads website and at the Evansville BlueCats office. Coupons must be given when ordering so that we will be given credit on the bill. Pass the word. Come out and enjoy the drinks and food that Hacienda has to offer!
The Evansville Bluecats Booster Club would also like to invite all fans to sign up for the bus trip to Lexington on July 9th. Price includes transportation and game ticket. The bus trip price is $37 for FinHeads member, $42 for non-member. Come back the Cats on the Road. Please sign up and reserve your seat by this Saturday June 11th. Payment must be in the form of cash or check. All money will be refunded in the event of a cancelled trip.

The BlueCats will return to action next week on Saturday, June 18th at Sioux City. Kickoff for the BlueCats at Bandits will be 7:05pm at the Tyson Events Center.
The next home game will be Saturday, July 2nd, when the BlueCats host the Tupelo FireAnts at Roberts Stadium. The July 2nd game will be the final regular season home game for 2005, as well as "Fan Appreciation Night". For tickets, contact the Roberts Stadium box office at 476-1383 ext. 25 or Ticketmaster.
