
Blue Bombers Team up Again with GoodLife Fitness for Free Summer Outdoor Workout Series

WINNIPEG, MB. - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are teaming up with GoodLife Fitness to offer an outdoor stadium workout series on the last three Monday evenings in August. The workout series will include some of GoodLife's most popular group fitness classes, Yoga, Zumba and Craft Boxing, taught by leading Winnipeg instructors. Anyone can participate in as many sessions as they like, regardless of fitness level or ability. There are limited spots available so register early.
"These outdoor stadium workouts were a huge hit last summer, so we're looking forward to continuing them again this August with GoodLife Fitness, the Official Fitness Club of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers," said Wade Miller, President & CEO of the Winnipeg Football Club. "This is another way of giving back to our community and helping people have fun and be active and healthy."
The GoodLife Blue Bombers Workout Series will feature:
Monday, August 14, 5:45pm
Yoga: Flow through stretches and strengthening moves to build stamina and flexibility.
Monday, August 21, 5:45pm
Zumba: a "feel-happy" dance fitness workout that combines high-energy Latin-flavoured music with unique moves and combinations.
Monday, August 28, 5:45pm
Craft Boxing: Developed by entrepreneur and former professional boxer George Foreman III, Craft Boxing delivers a premium authentic boxing experience.
"GoodLife Fitness has partnered with the Bombers for over four years. We can't wait to bring our most popular workouts to Winnipeggers this August. We look forward to seeing you on IG field!" said Melissa Hambrook, Director of Partnerships, GoodLife Fitness.
All the workouts will take place at IG Field, 315 Chancellor Matheson Rd., Winnipeg, MB.
