Green Bay, WI - The Green Bay Blizzard (4-9) will look to end their tenth anniversary season on a high note as the team takes on the Chicago Slaughter (8-5) at the Resch Center on Saturday June 15, 2013. Kickoff is at 7:00 P.M

In addition, the Brown County Dairy Association will also be holding festivities and activities during pre-game.

This is the eleventh regular season game all time between the two teams. The Slaughter hold a 3-7 series lead, winning all three games this season. However the Blizzard are 3-1 all-time at home against the Slaughter. In the two team's last game, Chicago defeated the Blizzard 52-51 on May 31.

The Blizzard, offensively, rank first in the IFL in passing yards per game with 196.8 per game. Since Chad Baldwin took over as head coach the Blizzard average 54.1 points per game, second highest in the IFL during that span. WR Ryan Balentine continues to have a superb rookie season as he is second in the IFL in receptions with 69 and third in receiving yards with 761. WR DeJay Lester proved to be a weapon last week as he had 179 all-purpose yards.

After struggling to intercept the ball all season, the Blizzard defense came away with three last week. DB Lamar Allen snagged two while DB Darius Davis grabbed the other. The last time Green Bay's defense played Chicago the Blizzard allowed a franchise-low 56 yards passing. The Blizzard defense ranks fourth in the IFL allowing 218 yards per game.

Due to Cedar Rapids' victory over the Blizzard last week, the Chicago Slaughter have been eliminated from playoff contention. The Slaughter come into the game with an away record of 2-4 averaging a league-worst 30 points per game on the road. The team is led by QB Cody Kirby who is second in the IFL in passer rating. The dual threat QB has also rushed for 358 yards. RB Daniel DuFrene is fifth in the league in rushing with 497 yards and 12 touchdowns.
