Green Bay Blizzard News Release

Green Bay Blizzard head coach and general manager Corey Roberson has added his first quarterback signee to the fast-growing 2019 roster.

Justin Billiot, a big-bodied 6-2, 210-pound native of Louisiana, joins the Blizzard with four years of professional football experience - three indoors and two outdoors (with the Rivals Professional Football League) - under his belt.

"Justin is a big, strong, experienced, mature player with good speed," said Roberson. "He is a seasoned quarterback who understands the game." Roberson added, " We are looking forward to great things from Billiot".

After playing for three small college programs, Billiot played for the professional indoor San Angelo Bandits (2015) and Amarillo Venom (2016 and 2018). In 2017 and the fall of 2018, he played for the Pontiac Generals of the RPFL (an 11-man outdoors league).
